We’ve got a fantastic toy exhibition at the museum over Christmas with lots of toys and games for the kids to play with.
But, we would like your help to bring back memories of childhood for visitors who grew up in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, onwards.
So, we’re looking for toy collectors who would like to loan us some toys for display in the exhibition.
You may have collections of Dinky, Hornby, early computer games, Barbie’s, Action Men, must-have toys like the Cabbage Patch doll, toys from TV & movies – these are just examples.
If you’ve got a collection that is nostalgic, interesting and will bring back memories of childhood and would like to lend it to us, we’d love to hear from you. Email an image of the collection with a short description to derskine@discoverbucksmuseum.org
