Dr Robert Sutcliffe (Chairman)

Bob SutcliffeChartered Accountant and Naval Historian who has strong financial and general management, leadership and governance skills, developed in both private sector and the NHS. More recently he has used his experience as a business adviser on Strategic planning, Business development, Business recovery, Management of acquisition and disposal process and Management of corporate change. Author of his first book British Expeditionary Warfare, The Defeat of Napoleon, 1793 – 1815 will be published later this year.

 

 County Cllr Bill Chapple

Trustee - Bill ChappleCounty Council member for 38 years, County County Chairman, Member of Aylesbury Vale District Council, Member of Aylesbury Town Council. Trustee William Harding Trust; member Bucks Historic Environment  Forum; Ambassador for Green Park; Bucks Ambassador; member of many Committees. Married to Susanne with two Children and three Grandchildren.

 

 

 

 James Hacon

James Hacon

James Hacon has considerable experience in leading companies in the hospitality, tourism and leisure sector. He devised innovative content strategies for brands such as Virgin Australia, developed digital strategy for a leading lifestyle magazine and opened a boutique hotel in New Zealand. James has provided consultancy to a range of businesses, worked on company boards, developed programmes for industry conferences and has spoken professionally at events across the world. Throughout his career he has provided advice and governance to museums and cultural assets. James now works as Strategy and Development Director for elliotts agency.

 

Nicolas Oakley

Trustee - Nic OakleyHuman Resources professional both in a company environment as head of HR in Europe and in the Far East for large US corporations and, for the last 20 years, in a major Leadership Development and Talent Management Consultancy as a Senior Partner, latterly heading up the Life Sciences Practice. Trustee of the College of Medicine.

 

 

 

 

Simon Kearey

Trustee - simon kearey

Senior manager in a Primary Care trust and previously with Oxfordshire County Council charged with Transformation agenda including externalisation of Cogges Manor Farm Museum . Has held a variety of high profile financial management posts with multinational companies and with BBC Education.
